Vovezal Ampoule Injection generally contains the combination of Ceftriaxone + Sulbactam in a ready-to-use liquid form (unlike the dry powder vial type). It is used for the treatment of moderate to severe bacterial infections including respiratory tract infections, urinary tract infections, intra-abdominal infections, septicemia, meningitis, skin and soft tissue infections, and bone/joint infections.
Cefband-SB 1.5 gm is a sterile injectable antibiotic combining ceftriaxone, a third-generation cephalosporin with broad-spectrum bactericidal activity, and sulbactam, a β-lactamase inhibitor that prevents enzymatic degradation of ceftriaxone by resistant bacteria. This enhances the effectiveness of the treatment. It is indicated in moderate to severe infections such as respiratory tract infections, urinary tract infections, intra-abdominal infections, septicemia, meningitis, skin and soft tissue infections, and bone and joint infections.
