D-DOM

Ddom 1 mg oral drops are a pediatric prokinetic and antiemetic formulation containing domperidone. It is used to treat nausea, vomiting, indigestion, and gastroesophageal reflux disease in infants and children. It works by blocking dopamine receptors in the gut, which increases gastrointestinal motility and relieves symptoms of bloating and fullness. The drops are typically given half an hour before meals on an empty stomach for optimal effectiveness.
