Cefizal-AZ LB Tablets combine a third-generation cephalosporin antibiotic (Cefixime), a macrolide antibiotic (Azithromycin), and probiotic bacteria (Lactic Acid Bacillus) to provide broad-spectrum antibacterial coverage along with gut flora protection. This combination is indicated for respiratory tract infections, urinary tract infections, typhoid fever, skin infections, and gastrointestinal infections.
